A living field generated purely by BGP convergence dynamics. Each cell runs the BIRD routing daemon. Behavior emerges from static configuration and protocol mechanics. TCP/179. No exceptions.

This system exists continuously. The public site defaults to a static exhibit; live streaming is opt-in to preserve resources. The field persists whether you watch or not.
